Meet the Goals of the Strategic Plan
In order to create products that can help our clients reach their goals, we first had to understand their goals. We started by reading the strategic plans of dozens of universities, then we hired a staff with over 100 years of on-campus experience, and finally we listened to our customers including JumpForward’s Development Council (an organized committee made up of JumpForward’s best end users).
Founded by a Cisco veteran, JumpForward is a technology company through and through. Our solutions are made from scratch by our in-house, 12 person tech team. This team relentlessly searches for and builds the best technologies for college athletic departments.
Fanatical Customer Support
Responding to support tickets 24/7/365 is one thing, but we built our software from scratch and hired a huge team of in-house developers so we can respond quickly to feature requests and customizations without relying on 3rd parties. That’s fanatical.
The best indicator of our success is a 99% renewal rate since 2009 and the fact that 80% of our growth comes from referrals. Our customers love us because we work with them to customize a solution rather than trying to fit each school into the same solution.
