The JumpForward Recruiting Solution allows coaches to recruit from their desktop or on the road with native mobile apps. All the features coaches want are included including branded emails, customizable questionnaires, film log capabilities, interactive recruiting boards, and much, much more.
The JumpForward native mobile applications for the iPhone, Android, Blackberry, and iPad allow coaches to recruit on-the-go. No more memorizing NCAA calendar rules or logging phone calls because the phone has the rules built in and provides warning messages before an illegal call goes through. Film Logging
Because prospects continue to send in highlight and game film to coaches, JumpForward provides a film logging tool that allows coaches to keep track of the media coming in from prospects, as well as to sync web-based video (YouTube, etc.) to the prospect’s profile. With one click the coaches can view the videos directly from the prospect’s profile within JumpForward!
Database Management
JumpForward allows coaches to store multiple databases (prospects, current student-athletes, campers, alumni, etc.) online, which are all accessible via their native applications on smartphones and tablets. Along with the ability to manage these databases, coaches can enjoy features like filtering, tagging, mass evaluations, customizable rating systems, and customizable reports.
Recruiting Board
The JumpForward Recruiting Board is an interactive depth chart that allows coaches to organize their top prospects into a customizable board with pictures and information about the athlete. Gone are the days where you manage your top kids on a white board with markers. The Recruiting Board will help you to organize and manage these prospects in a real-time fashion that can be accessed by all coaches on the same staff.
Customized Reporting
In addition to the standard reports that coaches use (calls, contacts, evaluations, visits, etc.), JumpForward allows the coaches to create ad-hoc reports with the information they desire. Additionally, JumpForward will create custom reports for the coaches with all of the specifications and design layouts that they are used to. All they have to do is send over a copy of the report and JumpForward will replicate that report into an online format.

Although much of what JumpForward does is recruiting based, we provide a suite of tools for coaches to be able to submit their activities and paperwork to compliance. Our solutions allow the coaches to submit their countable, athletically related activities (practice logs) through an innovative and interactive calendar that can be submitted to compliance. Simply input the activity information (practice, competition, weight training, skill instruction, etc.) and lock it down when you’re done. JumpForward’s technology automatically calculates your hours in real-time and then allows the coaches to submit to compliance, who can then submit to the student-athletes for approval.
